When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During new collection launches or sales, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to be packaged with care and shipped.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I care for my sequined and embellished garments?
To keep your sparkles shining, we recommend hand washing in cold water and laying flat to dry. Avoid ironing directly on embellishments; use a steamer on the reverse side of the fabric instead.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within 1 hour of the order being placed. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
